Who is the game for?
Everyone! Families, groups of friends, workplaces — and even first dates. No special knowledge or physical skills are needed.
How hard is it to escape the room?
Every puzzle is solved through reasoning and teamwork. You get hints during the game, so the group keeps moving steadily — but not every group escapes within 60 minutes. Tatu and Patu's workshop comes in two versions: the family version (difficulty 3/5) suits families and less experienced groups, the challenging version (5/5) experienced groups.
Can we play on weekday daytimes?

Is playing safe?
Yes. The game is monitored at all times, and you can pause the game or leave the room at any point.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. Order by email at info@pakenema.fi — the gift card and invoice are delivered as a PDF. The gift card is valid for 6 months from purchase.
Can I pay with cultural benefit vouchers?
Unfortunately not — under a Finnish Tax Administration decision (spring 2025), cultural benefit vouchers can no longer be used for escape rooms.
What are the cancellation terms?
A booking is binding unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the game. A no-show reservation is invoiced at €50. If you fall ill, you can cancel the same day by phone free of charge.
